Women's Empowerment, Twitter Applauds New Initiatives by Mahindra and Ola
Bhavish has posted a video showing female employees at work. Agarwal stated that the production of electric scooters is very quick, and that the women employees of Future Factory are quickly boosting production.

Ola's CEO said the company aims to produce one million electric scooters
by 2022 from its Future Factory. Bhavish Aggarwal made this clear last

would employ more than 10,000 women.
He also said Ola would become "world's largest women-only
factory and the only all-women automotive manufacturing facility globally".
This comes shortly after Mahindra announced its first overseas
initiative to support female workers in Nepal. Suman Mishra, CEO of Mahindra
Electric, tweeted a photo from the Treo launch ceremony on Wednesday. Anand
Mahindra also retweeted the image. Replying to the pic, Mr. Mahindra
wrote: "Looks like Woman power = Renewable Energy! That's an electrifying
thought..."
